Dickon The Devil

Dickon the Devil

J. Sheridan Le Fanu

Man thinks to occupy an old country house, but thinks twice after seeing the ghost of its former owner. Prototypcial ghost story and, as such, the elements are all quite familiar. Very little action, leisurely told, but well written.
